Holiday Luncheon

As Marti mentioned, The Women’s League is hosting the holiday luncheon for our seniors on Dec. 19th. We’ve chosen Haute Cuisine as the caterer and they are providing a wonderful turkey meal with all the trimmings. The Golden Tones Chorale group will be entertaining with a combination of Christmas music and some golden oldies (which we all remember), and Santa will be coming to visit as well. We’d like a few SCWL volunteers to hand out flyers with information on the event, so if you’d like to come and just “work the crowd”, say a friendly hello and mention our League, feel free to do so. Let Georgia know by Monday Dec. 16th if you’d like to help. That way she’ll make sure there are enough red aprons to hand out. “Uniform” of the day is our customary black slacks and white blouse/sweater and of course, wear your badge. If you have a festive holiday hat to wear, that would be a cute added touch. Plan on arriving at approximately 10:30 in the dining area. Georgia will be by the door.
