Our Community is enriched by the presence of older adults. Since 1983 our organization has been dedicated to helping improve the quality of their lives through our support to the Health and Wellness Program of the Santa Clara Senior Center (1303 Fremont Street, Santa Clara).
To apply for membership into the SCWL please begin by filling out the membership form.
STEP 2: Online Payment (optional)
If you wish to pay for your membership online, please use one of the two payment buttons below.
If you are paying between Jan-June, the payment will be $10. Please use the $10 membership payment button.
